The Agile Road
Agile is a philosophy that has been used for 10 years already, with lots of successful implementations but also many difficulties. The success stories show the potential of agile: large profits, short time to market, quick releases. Some of the well known examples are: Flickr, 37signals, Xebia etc. Some of the accomplishments include: deploy 50 times a day, almost 0 bugs, excellent usability of the products etc.
Since agile is a phylosophy, it is a path rather than a destination. In this talk, we will explore together the world of agile practices and methods (Scrum, XP, TDD, FDD, Lean Software Development, Kanban) and discuss some of the key aspects of adopting and improving the results of a product team by using agile tools.
